The Namibia Institute of Corporate Governance invites Board Chairpersons, Deputy Chairpersons and Lead Independent Directors to attend the Leading the Board: Chairperson’s Governance Masterclass, taking place on Wednesday, 22 July 2026 at The Weinberg, Windhoek. This high-level governance engagement is designed to strengthen board leadership, ethical decision-making, accountability and effective boardroom practice. The Masterclass will feature Prof. Thuli Madonsela and Mr. Patrick Chisanga, two respected voices in governance and leadership across Africa. The programme will also include The Hot Seat — Real Dilemmas, Live Responses, an interactive session addressing practical governance questions and boardroom dilemmas.
